Lexmar Solid Surface Care Information
Matte Finish Cleaning:
Soap and water will remove most stains on a solid surface countertop. Start with a simple solution of dish washing soap and water which is very gentle and will remove most spots and stains. If you encounter a more stubborn stain use a green Scotch Brite pad and a non-abrasive cleaner such as Soft Scrub.
You can also use ammonia based cleaners – but avoid those used for windows. If you search online you can find cleansers that are specifically developed for solid surface counter tops, but they will cost a bit more money than your everyday products. If you prefer more natural cleansers you can also use baking soda, generating a paste and gently scrubbing, then simply wipe it clean.
