“Installed granite countertops for galley kitchen and for bathroom vanity. Installation included making a template, installing the countertop with new undermount sink, faucets, traps and replacing water valves as well as removal and disposal of old formica countertops.Ran into a problem with the electric outlets in the backsplash unrelated to Lexmar’s installation. Had to get an electrician to correct the problem. Once corrected, I called Lexmar to return to finish the installation of the backspash. They were very accommodating, scheduling the work for the next business day.”

“Things went really well with them. They were really professional. They were punctual, and made templates before beginning. They went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. They double checked every part of the process with me. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was impressed, they did a good job. They came back when they said they would be, promptly and on time to finish out to install the counters. They made sure I was completely happy. They explained to to me how to care for it and maintenance. They cleaned up after themselves well.”

Everything went extremely well – I have been happy with the entire experience. They showed great professionalism from start to finish The workmen who came to my home were polite, friendly and very efficient. They really know their craft. I felt everything was explained well – they were very clear about what they could do and could not do. For example, they let me know ahead of time that they would not be able to hook up the disposal or cook top. That gave me ample time to arrange to have that done separately.

I was very pleased with whole job. I just had one small issue when the job was completed. I am not sure how it will be resolved. or if it is even something they should be responsible for, but they seem to be willing to work with me. I am confident we can work it out.”

He made some very good suggestions as well. Jason the measure guy was on-time and just as knowledgeable. He also came out and was part of the install team. They were neat, polite and worked diligently until the counters were installed. We could not have had a better experience with Lexmar. They were not the cheapest price but were very competitive. We felt the most comfortable dealing with them so we went with our instincts. I am glad that we did. The finished product is perfect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality granite countertop. Be careful of some of the other fast talking granite suppliers. You may get a better price but I doubt the quality will be there.”

We worked with John Zupan at Lexmar and couldn’t have been happier. He was very professional and helpful. John always responded to my questions very quickly and if he happened not to be in the office, the other people did their best to help me also. John even took the time to get online and help me find a post I needed for the install that I had put off because I did not expect it to be installed so quickly :). They made sure it was installed before Thanksgiving for me which I did not expect. Jason and the install team also did a great job. We had a couple small things that needed fixed and they responded promptly without any problems. That is rare in customer service today. We would recommend Lexmar, John and the whole team to anybody. Thanks again for making the process easy.”
