“Company first provided an in home estimate. We communicated through the phone and emails to an agreement of price quote and counter top options. Samples of options were gladly provided through mail and email. They returned to measure for a template. Services continued with the removal of existing counter top and sink. Installation of new counter top and sink (including the plumbing work) was completed. All items needing to be moved in the room to complete services were returned to the place they were found. All work related materials were cleaned up and everything was rechecked for quality.We would definitely recommend LexmarUSA. While attending the Pittsburgh home show we spoke with several companies as we were looking to purchase a new counter top and have it installed. We were immediately impressed with the company representative from Lexmar USA. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and not trying to sell us anything (which was important to us). He was helpful right from the start with showing us the options the company could offer. This level of professionalism continued throughout the entire process. All questions we had prior to start of work were met with quick and polite responses. The installers paid attention to all details during the installation to ensure our complete satisfaction. Work was completed on time as stated.The price was extremely fair for everything included. We would call on this company again to provide services, as well as refer them to others.”
